'For this Movie List, we\'re taking a look at vehicles on film. But cars aren\'t ever just cars on screen. The good ones stand for so much more than that. So we\'re breaking down cinematic autos not by horse power or speed, but by the psychological function cars serve in film. From forms of rebellion to phallic symbols and everything in between, here are the Top 10 Movie Cars of All Time.  With Fast and Furious dropping F9 this weekend, and the crazy amount of undeniably cool cars the Fast Saga has thrown at us over the years, we wanted to dig a little deeper into why we love cars on screen so much. There\'s gotta be a reason (or 10) that we respond to movie cars. If it\'s Tony Stark and his Audi status symbols or Nomadland and a converted home on wheels, the tricked out weaponry of the Batmobile or a Catbus from Hayao Miyazaki and My Neighbor Totoro, or even a stand in for fragile masculinity like any number of Monster Trucks that have shown up on the big screen, a good movie car becomes memorable thanks to an unspoken connection.
