'Spaces, Down and Under, the film focusses on citizens\' initiative to improve their surroundings and turn it into a n environment conducive for peaceful living. The film depicts a major challenge posed by vacant spaces under the flyovers in Mumbai, which was resolved by a civic initiative led by a resident group, One Matunga, to reclaim their right to safe space under the Matunga flyover by creating a garden underneath it, with the help of local civic body.'
