'The movie PRISONERS is definitely one of the better mystery/suspense films of the past 10 years. It\'s so good, that virtually everyone on youtube has done a video breakdown discussing it\'s strengths. No one needs to hear another one.   But after watching the film again, I did notice something. Law enforcement personnel seem to muck up quite a bit during the investigation. With a police department this incompetent, it\'s a miracle anyone ever gets anything done.
