'#CID #Devanand #Shakila CID (1956) -  Old classic movie Trailer CID was the debut movie of Raj Khosla - who was assistant to Guru Dutt- as a director! Waheeda Rehman also made her debut in this movie but as the main villain’s moll!  The lead roles were played by Dev Anand( looking debonair as usual) and Shakila who looked beautiful.  It was a crime thriller with good music by O.P. Nayyar who was in top form those days having given two previous hits-“ Aar Paar” & “ Mr. & Mrs. 55”!! Johnny Walker was in a comic role and was good. Good support was provided by K. N. Singh and Bir Sakhuja!!  To sum up, it was an entertaining movie with good music and performances. Worth seeing!!
