'For the love of film...IMAX Film to be specific. Best viewed in full screen and with headphones. Film cells all scanned from my private collection of film. This video is mainly made to highlight the sheer difference in image size between a regular DCP projection and an IMAX70MM one. Sure you may not necessarily lose any pivotal information when watching a Christopher Nolan movie in 2:39.1 aspect ratio, but you definitely lose the total immersion and beauty of such a grand image. When projected in a true IMAX screen (not LIE-MAX), the IMAX shots tower at nearly 8 stories tall, filling the whole screen and your entire field of vision. It\'s an experience second to none. This project was created to simply admire the beauty and scope of IMAX film but if you know anyone who is confused about the difference, perhaps this video will be of use.
