This hammer uses technology to make it hard for anyone other than Thor to wield it - but not impossible. Hulk is able to overpower it with sheer amounts of strength. In the classic universe, Thor\'s hammer Mjolnir is magically enchanted/cursed and can only be wielded by those with rightly disposed hearts: Only Thor and his forefathers, Captain America, and a lesser known bloke named Beta Ray Bill (who later gets his very own hammer) have been able to wield it - regardless of strength. Almost in direct response to the negative comments regarding hulk lifting Thor\'s hammer depicted in this 2006 clip, animated film \"Hulk VS Thor\" was produced in 2009 - and there Hulk was unable to lift Mjornir when he tried.
