In celebration of Juneteenth, the National Civil Rights Museum will host a special conversation with star and executive producer of Apple’s acclaimed film, The Banker, Anthony Mackie, and star Nia Long, with Dr. Noelle Trent, the museum's Director of Interpretation, Collections and Education. The discussion premieres at 12pm CDT and will center on the film’s empowering themes of positive social change, and will be moderated by journalist Michele Norris.  Using segments of the film as a backdrop, the panel provides historic context to what Black Life was like in that time period and how the issues then relate to economic situations today.
